Internal Testing
We issue a q.no against each incoming material and then it undergoes testing as per the testing plan like visual, dimensionm pmi, macro etch test, surface crack, upsetting test etc.

Material Control Card
After the samples have been thoroughly tested and material is found satisfactory, a material control card is issued.
At any point of time, it shows the balance quantity of material against each material & contains the record of WORK ORDERS in which the material from particular Q.NO is used. -
In Process Inspection
During all stages of the manufacturing, in - process inspection and test plan are followed, In-Process Inspection and test plan clearly specifies the parameters to be checked at each stage, acceptance criteria, frequency of sampling , Instrument to used, Formate to be used and the concerned department responsible for assurance of particular parameter.

Final Visual & Packing
Final visual inspection and packing is carried out.

Issue Of Test Reports
Final test certificates specify the Q.NO used against each item, so that material can be Back-Tracked and Traceable.

Raw Material Receipt
All the incoming row material comes with a metallurgical test reports.

NABL Lab Testing
The samples are tested internally first ans then sent to NABL accredited lab center lab center for chemical verification.
NABL Lab reports is kept in record against the Q.NO issued at the first stage. -
Job Route Card
On receipt of order, A job route card is made of each items, sit clearly specifies the order number, delivery schedule along with mechanical and dimensional requirements and Q.NO of material from which the product is going to be manufactured on the back side of job Route card, stage wise and final inspection sheet is attached so that conformance to quality and checked and maintained at each step.

Mechanical Testing
Samples are taken as per approved QAP/Test plan and Hardness, Tensile & Impact test is done
